Delcia Willmott

Delcia is a registered Nutritional Therapist with many years experience in the field of holistic nutrition. Over the years she has worked with hundreds of clients and she has seen how good nutrition can change lives in all sorts of positive ways such increased energy, better sleep, improved mood and pain reduction. She uses nutrition to help clients with a wide variety of conditions but she has particular expertise in the areas of digestive health and fertility problems. Delcia is a fully insured member of the Complementary and Natural Health Council (CNHC).

Delcia worked as a lecturer in Nutrition at the University of West London with particular involvement in the clinical training of undergraduates. Teaching and sharing her knowledge and experience with others is one of her main motivators.

She is qualified in Clinical Kinesiology and Craneo Sacral Therapy which she uses to detect and correct nutritional, structural and electromagnetic imbalances. She also employs a biofeedback system to analyse the flow energy that connects all organs, thoughts and emotions. The system provides information on food and environmental sensitivities, nutritional status, meridians, chakras and emotional and toxic stress.

Delcia runs customised weight-loss programmes either on a one-to-one basis or as group workshops. She places strong emphasis on ways of eating which can be easily incorporated into clients’ daily lives and are sustainable long term. Her programs do not involve calorie counting or feeling permanently hungry and deprived.

In the last few years and at her clients’ request she has been providing consultancy services to support those on very specific dietary requirements or those who want to learn more about shopping for food, menu planning and cooking. She is an enthusiastic supporter of beneficial food preparation and preservation practices which have served us well for millennia but were largely abandoned at the time of the industrial revolution.
